How it works
- Your share = profit × split. You receive your share minus any payout fee, plus the challenge fee if it’s refunded with the first payout.
- Profit to recover one fee = (fee + payout fee) ÷ split, or just the payout fee ÷ split when the fee is refunded.
- Expected fees per payout: if each attempt passes with probability p and a funded account reaches a payout with probability q, you need on average 1 ÷ (p × q) attempts, each costing a fee. At 30% and 50% that is about 6.7 attempts. Reset discounts and free retries lower this; check what your firm offers.
Get a realistic pass chance from the pass-odds calculator rather than guessing. Firms set their own split schedules, payout minimums, waiting periods and refund terms, so read the payout policy before you count on a number. See the real odds of passing with no edge.
